We appreciate
your efforts in finding us on the Internet. Please accept our personal
invitation and experience the first fine dining restaurant in San
Francisco that brings the elegant and refined form of Koryori,
traditional Japanese dishes. |
| |
| |
Unlike
Western meals served with multiple side dishes, Koryori
requires that each dinner selection be a stand-alone serving. These
are simple portions with minimal handling, without garnishes and
places the attention to the intense or subtle flavors one selects. |
|
 |
| |

There is no standard menu. Instead, you will be treated to unique
meals based upon only the freshest ingredients available during
each of the four seasons. We hand select directly from specialty
wholesalers, thus preserving the integrity of your selection. |
 |
| |
The result
is a daily creation true to this refined form of dining. Your personal
selections are enjoyed in the intimate environment that we maintain
with Kappas limited seating. This is intentional, and guarantees
our unsurpassed attention and dedication to you. Reservations are
highly suggested to avoid the disappointment of not being seated. |
